The reservations are made a year in advance only. For 2013
we would reserve the room in 2012.
Paul Hannan's Donation
If the deposit is taken, and the event is canceled, there is
a $25.00 cancellation fee if canceled 6 months in advance and
$50.00 if canceled 30 days prior to the event.

Cost: 60.00 hr X 4 hr= $240.00

Cost for reunion per person will be established prior
to 3/1/2012.
Classmates can spend the weekend, take advantage of all
the entertainment, Golf etc.
Golf tee times can be set up.
Tours of the Villages can be arranged.
Groups can be picked up at the airport at reduced prices,
individual pickups also.
If we have a Friday event we can start earlier, and have
the evening to go off and do there own thing.
If we have a Saturday event, that day typically has the
Chili cook off at 9 am, which is a national event held on the
Spanish Springs Town Square, which attracts thousands.
Hotel block bookings will be set aside, for each classmate
to make their own reservation.
Having a car in the Villages really is not needed, there
is plenty of places to go accessible by golf cart,that is unless
you intend to go outside of the villages.
I have set up a web page on the DHS class site with all
details as I get them, so refresh your page and see the updates.
There will be a lot of coordinating that needs to be done,
hopefully by February 2012, one year in advance I will have a
volunteer committee.
