Entered the Military, and retired attaining the rank of Colonel. Served in Korea, and Berlin. My last tour of duty was as Chief Trial Attorney, Dept of the Army, responsible for contract litigation.

Joined Bell Helicopter Textron as Drictor of ethics, retired

I have been a department chair and Proffessor of Law. A lecturer of Business Law and Labor legislationand guest speaker on business ethics and corporate self-governance. In 1995 Business laws, Inc. published my book, "Business Conduct and Ethics: How to set up a Self-Governance program"

Avad interest in Geneology, taking steps to become a professional Genalogist.
